Community Support Service

We have been providing a high quality domiciliary care service to adults with learning disabilities in Lambeth and Southwark for over 20 years.

We support over 100 people in the community, living independently or with their family or carers.  We work with people who need support once a week through to those with intensive complex needs that require 24 hour support.

We know how important it is to have control over your life so all our support packages are tailor made round your needs, wants and wishes.  Support sessions are delivered to fit the individual, not the organisation.  You get support sessions delivered in the way you want at a time you want.

Our extensive services are delivered by skilled staff, who are trained to a level far higher than the minimum care standards requirement. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are able to engage with individuals that challenge conventional support agencies.  We benefit from a diverse staff group drawn from a range of cultural groups, nationalities and languages enabling us match our service users’ cultural needs.

We consistently deliver a high quality service. Read our recent Care Quality Commission (CQC) unannounced inspection in April 2016  where we were found to be fully compliant. For our most recent CQC report, as well as previous reports, you can access the CQC website here.
